Is Clean Homes an NDIS registered provider?
Yes. Clean Homes is registered with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. We support plan-managed and self-managed participants under Assistance with Daily Living (support item 01_020_0120_1_1). We liaise directly with your plan manager or support coordinator to arrange services and billing.

How does NDIS funding cover cleaning services?
Domestic cleaning falls under the Assistance with Daily Living (ADL) support category in your NDIS plan. The frequency and hours are set by your plan. We’ll work with your support coordinator to make sure we’re delivering within your approved funding and keeping records for your provider portal.

How does the DVA cleaning service work?
As a DVA-approved provider, we arrange household cleaning for Gold, White, and Orange DVA card holders. We handle all DVA claims and billing — no cost or paperwork for you. Simply share your DVA card number when you enquire and our team manages the rest.

Can I use my Home Care Package for cleaning?
Yes. Domestic cleaning is an approved support under all Home Care Package levels (HCP 1–4) and CHSP. We coordinate directly with your approved home care provider. If you’re not sure what you’re entitled to under your package, our team can help you understand your options.

What if I'm paying privately (no government funding)?
We offer competitive private rates starting from $45/hour depending on your location and scope of service. We also offer a pensioner discount for eligible seniors. Contact us for a personalised quote with no obligation.

Are your cleaners police checked and insured?
Absolutely. All Clean Homes staff complete a comprehensive National Police Check before commencing with clients. We hold full public liability insurance and workers compensation cover on every job.

Will I always have the same cleaner?
We strongly believe in consistency — particularly for elderly and NDIS clients who value routine and familiarity. We assign a dedicated cleaner to each household and introduce a secondary cleaner only when your regular cleaner is unavailable, and always with prior notice.

Which areas do you service?
We service most major metropolitan areas and many regional centres across Australia — including Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Canberra, and surrounding regions. Enter your postcode in the booking form or call us to confirm coverage.

How quickly can I get my first clean?
For most clients, we can schedule an initial clean within 5–10 business days of enquiry. This includes time to verify your funding and confirm logistics. For urgent cases, contact our team directly and we’ll do everything possible to expedite your booking.
