Any household chores from basic cleaning and tidying to cleaning the fridge, the oven, keeping cupboards tidy, making beds, changing bed linen, washing or ironing to suit your needs. The amount of work accomplished depends on how much time is allocated for the service and the attention to detail required.
Are there any hints about how to get the most out of my service?
Remember to communicate with the Cleaner, particularly on how you want your home cleaned. There are so many different surfaces, cleaning products and equipment and everyone’s needs can be quite different.
Do I need to be home when a cleaner services my home?
No, but it is important you arrange a meeting to discuss your needs prior to the service starting. Knowing your cleaning requirements and how to use your equipment and products will help make both you and your cleaner happy. You will also need to arrange access to your home.
How often can I have a service?
We offer weekly, fortnightly or even a daily service.
Do I need to provide cleaning equipment and products?
Yes, we prefer to use your own cleaning equipment and products for hygiene reasons.
Is the person coming into my home screened for suitability?
Absolutely! Our Recruitment process includes face-to‐face interviews, background, work history and identification checks as well as stringent reference checking. All written references are contacted and checked by our Recruitment Officers.
Can I change my cleaner if I am unhappy?
Yes. Just one call to our office is all it takes and the replacement cleaner will be arranged courteously and tactfully.
